I brought my boat in for a full detail on 4/24 and told Michael I would be back on 4/29 he said no problem would be done when I got back in town. When I got back in town I called, texted, no response. Went to pick up boat, had not been touched. Finally received a response on Monday. He apologized, blamed his employees and said it would be ready on Wednesday at the latest. He called Wednesday morning asked if I could pick up Thursday and I explained I was going out on the water Thursday, he then said it would be ready. I paid him over the phone, went to pick it up and it was filthy, not completed at all. Tried calling and texting, no response, went over to the business the next day and told him about it, he told me to bring it back after I went out on the water. I brought it back that evening he had it another 9 days after that, called me on Friday and said it was done. Still was dirty and not completed. Never finished buffing or cleaning. I picked up after 18 days and still have A dirty boat. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE for detailing your boat. Still fighting about getting my money back.
