These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rupe Enterprises LLC regarding your use of TopDetailers.com and any services offered through it.

1. Acceptance of the Terms
Welcome to TopDetailers.com (the "Website" or "Site"), owned and operated by Rupe Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "user") and Rupe Enterprises LLC regarding your use of the Website and any services offered through it (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

TopDetailers.com is an online marketplace and directory that connects individuals seeking automotive detailing services ("Customers") with independent, third-party detailing professionals ("Detailers"). Our Services include:
- Providing a searchable directory of Detailers based on location, services, and other criteria
- Allowing Customers to submit quote requests directly to Detailers
- Providing a platform for Detailers to create a professional profile, list their services, and showcase their work
- Publishing informational content such as articles and guides related to car care and detailing
3. The Role of TopDetailers.com - IMPORTANT
You acknowledge and agree that TopDetailers.com is a neutral venue and technology platform.
We Are Not a Party to Transactions:
We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between Customers and Detailers. We do not hire, employ, or endorse any specific Detailer.
No Guarantees or Warranties:
We do not perform detailing services and do not have control over the quality, timing, legality, or any other aspect of the services provided by Detailers. We make no representations or warranties about the quality of a Detailer's work, their pricing, their insurance coverage, or their legitimacy.
Due Diligence is Your Responsibility:
Customers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring a Detailer. This includes verifying licenses, insurance, and references, and entering into a clear service agreement directly with the Detailer.
Disputes:
Any disputes, issues, or claims arising from the services provided by a Detailer must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Detailer. You agree to release Rupe Enterprises LLC from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes with other users of the Site.
4. User Eligibility and Accounts
Eligibility:
To use our Site, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Detailer Accounts:
Detailers who create a profile on the Site agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep it updated
- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account
- Maintain the security of their password and account credentials
- Represent that they are a legitimate business, properly licensed and insured as required by their local laws to perform the services they offer
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or that violates these Terms.
5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
As a user of TopDetailers.com, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including in quote requests or Detailer profiles
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or defame any other user
- Use the Site to distribute spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect information about other users, including email addresses, without their consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, or interferes with the performance of the Site
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content:
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the arrangement thereof (collectively, "Our Content"), is the exclusive property of Rupe Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Our Content.
User-Generated Content:
Detailers may post, upload, or otherwise submit content to their profiles, such as photos, videos, and service descriptions ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Site, you grant Rupe Enterprises LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
7. Informational Content
The content provided on the TopDetailers.com blog or in our guides is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or efficacy of this information. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional advice from a qualified detailer or automotive expert.
8. Termination
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RUPE ENTERPRISES LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL RUPE ENTERPRISES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE; (II) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY; (III) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT; AND/OR (IV) ANY DISPUTE, CONFLICT, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR IN RELATION TO YOUR DEALINGS WITH OTHER USERS OF THE SITE (INCLUDING ANY SERVICES PROCURED FROM A DETAILER).
THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rupe Enterprises LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your interaction with any other user.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You and Rupe Enterprises LLC agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or the Services through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth below. This includes disputes arising out of or relating to interpretation or application of this "Governing Law and Dispute Resolution" section, including its enforceability, revocability, or validity.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rupe Enterprises LLC.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
