Exceptional service! Shout out to Mark and Melanie in the Service Department for exceeding expectations. I have had my Toyotas serviced in Phoenix and Tucson over the years, and it has always been a disappointing and often frustrating experience. I've often had to wait hours for a simple oil change or not being notified while waiting 3 hours for a service that should take 45 minutes at the most. After some research, I found many positive reviews for Sierra Toyota. So I thought I'd take a chance and drive the hour plus and give them a try for service on my 4Runner. Well, I have to tell you this place is great. Friendly employees everywhere made it a pleasant waiting experience after they took me in as soon as I arrived. Then I got a call after 30 minutes saying the oil change I requested and the tire rotation along with all the required other checks in the 5k service were all done!! In and out in 45 minutes! Amazing place well worth the extra drive. I highly recommended Sierra Toyota. I will be back!
