Derek took AMAZING care of me from start to finish. I inquired about ceramic tint and PPF prior to my new car arriving. Derek answered all my questions promptly. Additionally, he was genuinely excited for me and my new car purchase. To me this showed a level of care that goes above a beyond. I did not have a set delivery date for the car, but Derek even offered to have the car dropped off at the shop so that I wouldn't have to transport it and the team could go straight to work on it. The day my car arrived, Derek got my car right in and the team went to work. I was able to pick my car up with window tint and the full frontal package at the end of business the following day. I also got a discount for booking two services at once which was greatly appreciated! At Hyer they truly love what they do and are equally invested in taking wonderful care of your new ride! The shop is clean, well maintained and easily accessible. Hyer will be getting all my business in the future!
