Soft Cloth Car Wash

I will not be returning to this location. The car came out mostly clean, with the rims still lookong disgusting and needing to be cleaned again by hand when I got home... There was some employee miscommunication and after going through the wash, the attendants waved me away instead of drying my vehicle. I came around to get things figured out to see if I could get a dry or get another wash comp'ed and the employee Matthew was very helpful and got me a voucher for the next time I'm there. However. As I'm waiting to pull out of the narrow lane past the line of cars waiting for a wash, the manager Tyler came over to berate me for not waiting long enough after getting waved away and let me know that he felt it was my fault I didn't get dry and I shouldn't be "so upset" ( I was never elevated or raising my voice to anyone and was patient through the whole misunderstanding). Very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Probably for the best they didn't want to dry it there anyway, their rags look dirty and stained...
