Champion Auto Detailing

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Flynn at this company. He was hired to detail my husband and I's car. My first impression was good and told my husband this. He completed my husbands car minus missing a windshield wash it looked great. His filter needed replaced on his vacuum when he started the work on my car and he went out to get one. I was surprised he didn't have backups but we were understanding. He ended up saying he needed to order one and would pick up the next day. We said we understand but needed completed by Tuesday (this was a Thursday). He said he would. We followed up on the status of his filter so we would know when he would be returning. We did not get a confirmation Friday and did follow up over the weekend because if for some reason he didn't get the filter we would need to scramble to get the work done. Monday rolled around 8:40 am and still no info. I took over asking about the status because my husband had to be in meetings. He finally responded saying he doesn't look at messages over the weekend. I get this but if you have a job that you left and didn't complete you need to follow up with those people ASAP (basic customer service) I said ok and thank you for getting back... after all of this he backs out of the job and said we clearly were not happy with the service (never said this) better of finding someone else... my husband and I are in shock and were left to scramble to figure out how to get the detail done. He never did respond back to our obviously very confused texts back. I'm only giving two stars because my husbands car was done. But am really baffled on how unprofessional Flynn ended up being.
