Hog Wash Detail Dent & Tint

Before anything else, look at the photos of this shop's work--they speak for themselves. Please check my profile. I rarely give anything under 5 stars, but this experience was incredibly disappointing and exhausting. I paid $1,100 total for paint work on my bumper and fender. The bumper was painted for $500. The paint had a bumpy, inconsistent texture and looked nothing like the factory finish. I was told it would be corrected, but it's now been a month of delays and missed appointments. For the fender, I paid $600. The paint quality and alignment were off, with visible overspray and warping. A representative from a second shop reviewed the work and confirmed it was poorly done and would need to be redone from scratch. I tried repeatedly to communicate and resolve things calmly, but nothing changed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I'm currently exploring next steps to resolve this issue.
