If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place took my car in twice into the machine and somehow all my belongings were wet from my trunk. The manager Hector gave me no type of solution and I expressed how this has never happened to me before. He didn't say he would give me any sort of refund and only offered a free car wash. In short nothing was resolved and this place is uncooperative.
