Toyota of Berkeley Certified Collision Center

One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered at a collision center. My friend brought their car to Berkeley Toyota Collision Center, and instead of being treated with respect, the car was taken on an unauthorized joy ride by George, the body shop manager! Even worse, the car was driven over to the service center (same owner, two different shops), where it sat under the supervision of Josh, the service center manager. This behavior is a clear conflict of interest and absolutely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to handle repairs properly, but they also used a customer's vehicle for their own entertainment. If you're looking for a trustworthy and professional repair center, avoid this place at all costs!
