It seems like an automated response "how was your service?" but it is a real human who actually cares about how you were treated. They will improve the beverage service in the future, because on a hot day , a cold drink can go a long way when you are spending good money to get your car cleaned and waxed. The wife's car clear bra was peeling up after 5 years, different installer. We took her car to Shine Coat to fixed. Looks good as new. Shine Coat is busy, because he does fantastic work. Sometimes paying a little more to get quality service is a good idea."
