I had a disappointing experience DESERT HAND CAR WASH IN CATHEDRAL CITY BY TARGET ON PALM CANYON DRIVE. Despite being hesitant due to a previous negative experience from a family friend, I decided to give it a try. I paid $100 for an acid wash to remove watermarks, but when I got home, I noticed a scratch in the same spot the staff had pointed out. I've never seen this scratch before, as I regularly get my car washed. While the staff was friendly, I'm frustrated with the damage to my vehicle and don't expect a refund based on past experiences. If you're local, I recommend K&R Wash for better prices and care. THIS IS THE CORRECT PLACE FROM WHERE I GOT MY CAR WASHED.
