Sparkling Clean Car Wash & Detail

I came up was not sure what to get he offers me something for $45 once I came out no one tended to I waited for 10 minutes as all the slots were taken. They made me wait on the side. Everyone here looks mad. I asked the person in charge he told me someone called off and that's why no one is directing people where to go. He did not offer an apology or care that I took his expensive offer. This place sucks. They use to be so kind and generous with time and assistance. Won't be returning. There is to many other places that offer same services and don't make the customer feel this way. My biggest issue is since no one was directing it looked like the third car behind cut in front of me and got a slot.
