Premier Car Wash

I've been a customer at Premier for years. We have 5 cars in the family that we take there at least once every 3 to 4 weeks . Well for the past 3 months or so I've noticed that the towels they use seen to be falling apart. There is an abundance of green fibers all over the outside of the car, inside and outside windows and mirrors and also the dash and interior areas that are wiped down. I don't know if the towels are old and falling apart or what. This was never a problem in before about 3 months ago and now it's everything and very noticeable. So instead of a quality car wash, I have to take my car home and wipe down the entire vehicle in and out to clean off all the green towel fibers, it's so annoying and it's about to be a deal breaker. For the price we pay, this should not be an issue. Get some new towels, I've never seen towel fibers this bad an any car wash. Yesterday I had my car washed hoping it would be better but, nope. Tons of green towel fibers all over everything. We're now looking for a quality carwash facility to spend our hard earned money with. We will not be returning to Premier carwash.
