I called and spoke to the owner Victor who was very knowledgeable on ceramic coating and offered a 5 year warranty on it. He was running a rainy week special which fit my budget. I did call and shop around first. His prices fit the bill. I had just got my new car and did not even wash it yet since I picked it up from the dealership more than a month ago. On my appointment day, Gerry put their bright lights on the hood and that was when I saw all the little scratches and marks. They were not only on the hood but even around the trunk area. Gerry and Victor explained that because my car is black it can easily show scratches. He convinced me to get the car polished before ceramic coating which caused the price to increase. I wasn't expecting to pay more than planned but after all the work they put into my car, it was evident I made the right decision in picking Detail Boyz to do the job. I dropped off my car at 8 am and everything was done the next afternoon around 3:30. That's fast compared to the other place I went to before for my Jeep. I forgot to mention how immaculate their shop is. It's huge and they sell products as well. There's also a clean waiting room with a tv for the customers. It is obvious Victor takes pride in what he does. He wanted me to be completely satisfied and even offered to give me back my deposit if I wanted to shop around. Victor is super responsive and will text/call you back quick. I trust him and Gerry. I definitely will be a forever customer. Thank you again for taking good care of my new car & making it look so clean and shiny without a single scratch! I'm glad I made the decision to get my car polished first. It was worth every penny.
