I got my car washed yesterday and it wasn't until today that I realized they broke my cars cup holder. Worst part is that after breaking the pieces they didn't even clean it. Now I get things happen so I called the location to speak to someone about this where I was met with the manager who told me I cannot prove anything and that it was basically my fault. The manager also told me that I can make a complaint but that it would not do anything since he would be in charge of the investigation. After I told him that he is trying to persuade me not to file this complaint he repeated to me again that he didn't tell me I should not make the complaint but that it would not make a difference for anything.
