Resurrected & Protected

I initially had a good experience with Bryan. He did a decent job wetsanding my roof for $250. But unfortunately, the paint failed within 3 weeks. When I asked about it, he admitted the roof would need a full repaint despite saying only wet sand was needed. While at my home, Bryan upsold me a full paint correction for $500. I paid a $300 deposit and scheduled a date for the work on 3/27/2025. The problems started when Bryan repeatedly delayed the job and "forgot", kept brushing me off and not giving a date to reschedule. Despite this, he would not refund my deposit. I never received an invoice for the full paint correction, nor was there any signed contract. So his "no refund policy" wasn't valid. If you're considering trusting someone with your car's paint, I highly recommend thinking carefully, as this experience raises concerns about honesty and follow-through.
