Proper PDR - Mobile Dent Repair

I had a fantastic and unique experience with Thomas, the owner, of ProperPDR. I sent him the photos of the ding I wanted him to repair. He gave me an estimate over the phone and we scheduled an appointment. He texted me a couple of times before the appointment, once to confirm and another to give me his estimated time of arrival. Once he got here, he started working on the repair. After a couple of hours of work, Thomas informed me that he wasn't equipped to fix the dent and that it had to be fixed by an auto-body shop. He referred me to Chang's Auto Body in Garden Grove, at which I had a fantastic experience. I expected to pay for the two hours of work that Thomas had done to uncover the problems with my car, but he said there was no charge for the work. I tried to pay him, but he felt that since he couldn't fix it, he wasn't going to charge me for his time and refused to accept any payment. I can't recommend Thomas and ProperPDR highly enough. He is great, honest, showed up on time and directed me to the right person to fix my car when he wasn't able to.
