Splashes Car Wash

I went there today and my car was a mess. I told the guy at the front that I wanted to get the inside cleaned. He quoted me a price, but when I got the car, the seats were dirty and it had not been cleaned in detail. I talked to the manager, and he said I should've asked for a detail which I totally understand. The sad part was his attitude. He was rude. He was not validating of the issue. He was defensive and he told me about seven times that he had been there for over 25 years. All I needed was a little kindness and understanding. I chose the wrong service but the attitude and the customer service just was awful. I told him I had been going there for seven years and that I was considering not going back and he told me that was fine if that was my choice just don't come back. So I won't . The workers they work really hard and they deserve to have a manager who is customer oriented to support their work T
