King's Classic Detailing

I've tried giving Kings Classic Detailing multiple chances, but unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I called several times to make an appointment and was told they prefer in-person visits. So, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I stopped by to get a quote. I was told they take walk-ins, so I came back the following week--only to be told they didn't have time and actually don't prefer walk-ins. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, but the lack of clear communication and organization made it nearly impossible to get any work done. It feels like they don't have a consistent system in place for scheduling, and it ends up wasting your time. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place based on my experience.
