I didn't like the results. I wanted a deep clean and I paid a pretty penny but he left the seats wet and I saw all kinds of residue in between seats. 5 months later and I still regret spending my money here. Update: I appreciate the owner's willingness to assist, but I believe a professional detailing service should meet higher standards. Paying for a detailing job sets the expectation that no residue will remain, as it reflects the expertise of the business. While the staff was polite, professionalism and quality should take precedence over kindness alone. Additionally, requesting a 5-star review after the service feels inappropriate--reviews should reflect the quality of work, not be solicited. Lastly, the location being in a difficult neighborhood, particularly as a mobile office, is something customers should be informed of beforehand to ensure transparency.
