Freeway Expresswash- Orange

This was my go-to spot to wash my car, but unfortunately it has gone downhill. I paid $40 to wash the interior and exterior of my RAV4. Once it came out of the washing area, it took the guy 5 minutes to do a terrible wipedown. When I looked at the cup holders, they still had a bunch of crumbs and weren't even wiped down. I had to get out and ask them to clean them (I should have taken a picture before); he "cleaned" it, and again it was left filthy. I spoke to the lead Lupe and explained to him that I wasn't happy with how my vehicle was "cleaned" for $40. I was expecting a little more. He said that they clean everything the same; the only thing that changes is the soap they use in the machine. So I paid way more for better soap?? Anyway, I suggest staying away from this place; it's seriously overpriced for what you get, and they don't care to hear the feedback.
