I went with the Birds Premium which includes (Birds Essential "exterior steam wash/wax, wheel cleaning/tire dressing, interior vacuum/steam sterilization, floor mat steam, interior wipe down, door jam cleaning + Interior Shampoo Scrub, Leather Reconditioning, and Interior Plastic Treatment) . I usually wash the car myself but for special events, I will get it detailed. Eduardo was the staff member who worked meticulously and diligently on the car. He is one of the best so be sure to request for him. Friendly, courteous, professional. He will send you a text when he has arrived at your residence. I agreed on $60 cash for a wash and wax. Is that expensive? Plus tip. They did offer the clay bar service for $150, but I turned it down and there was no pressure. I haven't had a car wash in over a year and they made my car (including tires, brakes, and interior) look brand new. Worth it to me. I walked to the brewery, had a beer, and 1 hour later I came back to a spotless ride."

"Shiv was so nice and did such a great job! It was my first time trying to get this car detailed since I got it, and it definitely had over a year's worth of grime on it. Not too gross, but definitely needed some attention. I got the full detail for $297. We ended up splitting the service over the course of two days because it would get dark outside and Shiv wanted to make sure that all of the dirt was gone since it's hard to tell in the dark. Shiv also came to where I was at and so I didn't have to drive over anywhere, which was super nice. Because the service had to be spread out over two days, Shiv threw in a wax and ceramic coating for free!! I also have a car cover and a leather bumper cover, and Shiv cleaned those for me too! The wheels are especially shiny as well -- you could swipe your finger on the wheel and no dirt comes off. I really appreciated Shiv being very easy to communicate with and being very committed to a high level of attention to detail. I'll likely go back to have my headlights buffed and polished as a separate service. Super happy to have a clean car! You can see the before and after pictures attached."
