Quality of service has definitely gone down hill. Been here a couple times before they moved to their new natomas location and they made sure car was spotless and shiny before calling saying it was ready. This time was a little different, showed up and truck looked like it had a basic wash done on outside, trim was still in need of some touch up to make shiny. Asked about it and he was able to do within five minutes. During that five minutes, really started to question if they really did everything they claimed to do and take 8 hours of my truck being dropped off with them. Leather seats were wiped down at best even though he claimed it was deep cleaned and conditioned but when you look at it, it tells me it wasn't because it looked the same as i brought it in and headrest still had an oil mark from passengers head resting on it, so tells me that wasn't even touched. Blinker had build up dirt that accumulates over time. Steering wheel was not cleaned as it's black leather and the sweat and oils from your hands turn it to where you see a little white and if you scrap with your finger, grime comes off and same was with door panels. The headliner/visor and side pillars looked untouched as i saw the same finger prints from when i dropped off that just wipes off with a damp towel. The next morning on way to work, i noticed all my windows having like a haze to them, so now i have to clean inside glass after them to see clearly out, The roof of the truck was untouched as there was still grime up there. Tried telling me that he used a clay bar and used a polisher over entire truck including the roof, but i disagree with that. Bugs were still in the grill. Overall for $300, i expected a little better results. What i received was at best a $100 car wash at a hand wash place that does the inside. Do yourself a favor and save a couple hundred dollars and avoid going here.
