Suba Car Detailing & Ceramic Coating

Everything looked good until I pulled my car out of my garage Saturday morning. I asked for Akrams help on Friday. I told him that I needed my car washed and my windows cleaned. He told me it would be $145 for an exterior detail. I agreed, and he showed up a short while later. He washed the car and everything looked good in the overcast weather we had at the time. I paid him, threw in a tip, and wished him well until next time. The following morning I woke up to streaks all over my windshield and side view mirrors. There were also spots all over the rear windshield. I didn't have time to do anything about it before getting the car to an event, so it was what it was. I tried using my defroster but it did nothing. Immediately after the event, I had to drive my car to work. The streaks in the windshield made it really difficult for me to see at night. It was a scary drive and I was lucky nothing happened to me or anyone else. What was most troubling was Akram' response to me asking for him to solve the problem for me to make it home safely that night. I followed his instruction to once again use my car's defroster to clear the windshield. After about 10 minutes of nothing happening, I gave up on it and wiped everything down(inside and out). The following afternoon, the car still hadn't looked like it had been treated to the service I requested. Akram refused to do anything about it. His quality of work has gone downhill and his customer service skills are nonexistent. Go elsewhere.
