I called for a quote on a ceramic coating. Though all other businesses have given me a quote, Armando said I had to bring it in for a quote. That's a time investment that I didn't want to make without a ballpark figure. Armando said he has to first to assess for the paint quality and wear. I told him it's a brand new car and I could tell him the make, model, and paint color. He said that the dealer may have repainted one of the doors or something. I tell him that it hasn't been repainted and he replies, "oh, so you've tested your paint then?" I ask him for a quote assuming it hasn't been repainted. He replies "are you on a budget?" I say yes and he replies "then our shop probably isn't for you." All of this was said in a tone that sounded pretty dismissive to me. Ultimately he does give me a quote of $2,200-$2,500, which is way above a lot of other well rated high quality competitors. Needless to say, I won't be recommending him to anyone ever.
