I brought my cybertruck and headout to this shop for tinting on December 27, 2024. During the process, the front windshield cracked, and although I was upset, the staff handled it responsibly, so I chose to give them another chance. After the windshield was repaired by Tesla, I returned on January 3, 2025, for a retinting. Unfortunately, things only worsened. When I picked up my car, there were multiple issues: the hazard warning signal malfunctioned, the dashboard was damaged, the tinting had bubbles and scratches, and the driver's side window wasn't even tinted. When i got there, Marc who are the owner told the issue with the hazard warning signal would resolve itself, but it never did, and I had to fix it myself. I also had to deal with an improperly applied passenger-side tint. To make matters worse, the employee who had been working on my car had quit during the process, and I was left with no further assistance or follow-up from the shop. I had to drive home with the malfunctioning hazard warning signal, which endangered my safety. Due to this lack of professionalism and the poor service I received, I no longer trust this business and will not be returning for any future tinting or repairs. I've had to pay another tinting shop to fix the issues, and I'm seeking compensation for the costs. I've also had to repair dashboard damage and incur additional fuel costs for multiple trips to the shop. While I won't hold them accountable for the broken windshield or the malfunctioning hazard warning signal, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating. I will be pursuing appropriate compensation and leaving an honest review based on my experience.
