"It has been a great experience having Luan's Curbside Detail team help maintain my vehicles on a regular basis. Bringing in both vehicles in Oct 2024 for an assessment on initial care started off with their Silver Exterior Detail Package. Both of my 2001 and 2019 vehicles look and feel smooth as glass. Staying on a biweekly schedule for exterior washes has kept the road grime and brake dust build up from happening, and from causing deteriating effects. Once established, their communication for reminders and arrivals are great and helpful. Fog or light rain in the forecast, they've reached out to ensure I still want my scheduled service - which I do appreciate, and I still stay with the upkeep. Friendly team members make a difference, and the business helping out locals during the holiday seasons is a great thing to see. Money is tight and I am tired of going to sleep if there is supposed to be full service and finding my floors aren't vacuumed adequately or their spots on the windows. This place is the bomb. "Once I got my new car, I immediately called my brother John to ceramic coat it for paint protection. He is very knowledgeable and didn't cut any corners on detailing everything such as washing car multiple times, clay bar, and polishing/buffing scratches before ceramic coating. He has different wash buckets and brushes to never mix dirty water so he doesn't scratch your car. He also uses high grade detailing products. I have a black car and it came to me a mess from the dealer. It took a lot of work to get the black (worst color) looking good again and now shines like luxury. Very happy and telling everyone to get their detailing from John, especially with a new car. The new paints are junk and his special flashlight will show you all the scratches from manufacturers and dealer, this service is a must and final product will make your car look amazing."

"We went to Ceramic Pro Fresno for a ceramic coat and front end PPF wrap on our new car. Zack was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all our questions and walked us through the process. There were a few minor areas of the coating that needed buffing and some small bubbles in the wrap but those were taken care of during the follow up visit. The owner was very professional and wanted to make sure that the vehicle was exactly the way I wanted it before the job was complete. I had accidentally got some dirt on it during the curing phase and the owner offered to have it all cleaned up free of charge. "So thrilled with the results of my full detailing! I submitted a quote request and Eric reached out within ten minutes and set up a time for two days later. The day of the service, he was actually able to come almost an hour early. "Eric is one of those people you want to be around. He is honest, energetic and just an overall good person. He is detail oriented (no pun intended here). You're not having your car washed, you're having it detailed and there is a world of difference between the two. Upwardly put on a ceramic coat a few years ago on my new car. After a wash and some paint correction (very normal with new cars) the result was night and day! He educated me on how I can maintain the coating and care for the paint and interior, including the products he uses and where to find them. Just recently I called him back to remove some scratches in the body as well as remove stains caused by a toddler in the back seat. The car looks like it came off the lot just yesterday. The paint is reflective and the interior looks immaculate. The thing about Eric, is that he does it all with a smile. He really does care about the service he provides and does everything he can to make sure it is the best it can be. I fully trust him in my home, with my car and think he is worth his fee. My advice is at the very least, reach out and have a conversation about what you need done. He'll be honest and transparent with you. His calendar is usually booked out a month or more in advance which speaks to his reputation. 5 stars, fully recommend!"
