I recently visited Master Automotive for some routine maintenance and a few repairs on my Porsche and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the Wade(owner) friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and even provided a few tips on how to better maintain my vehicle. The quality of the work was outstanding. My car runs smoother than ever, and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. What really stood out to me was the honesty of the mechanics. They didn't try to upsell unnecessary services or parts, which is something I've experienced at other shops. They were transparent about the costs and kept me informed throughout the process. The shop itself is clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence in their professionalism. The prices were fair, especially considering the high level of service I received.
