"I rent rooms and the guests staying got into a fight between themselves leaving blood everywhere. Because I was so pleased with the work they did for me a year ago, I called them first. They scheduled me for two days out, explained to me that this is not there usual business practice but, I didn't care, to me it is the same thing you do for a car in a bigger area. I told them to do what they can because I'm loosing money every day I can't rent the room. The employee showed up with her PPE at 9am sharp and was done by 11am. That carpet was from the 80's and had not been cleaned in the 10 years I have been managing the property. I was totally surprised at how nice the room looked when she was done she exceeded my expectations. She even moved the furniture to clean and then put it back. The room was back in business the next day. I was happy with the results and the bill."
