Five Star Car Wash & Detail

I have been a loyal customer of FiveStar Car Wash in Woodland since day one, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Today, there was no one at the check-in point, and I waited for 5 minutes before honking to get attention. A lady eventually stepped outside and started yelling at me, saying she was the only one helping inside and would be back. How was I supposed to know she was the only one inside? Another employee then came out to assist with my check-in, and I mentioned the lady had yelled at me. She came back out and started yelling again. When I proceeded to the car wash, an employee began spraying my car, but then abruptly stopped after another staff member said something to him. The car wash I received was subpar, likely due to the earlier incident. This experience lacked basic customer service and professionalism, which is unacceptable. I expect better from FiveStar Car Wash.
