I'm so disappointed with Mater Clean. I had an appointment with them today at 9am and they waited until 9:10 to call me and tell me they weren't coming. They told me it was too cold BUT we have access to things like weather channel apps and they could have let me know even the day before that it would be too cold so I didn't spend my entire morning prepping my house to get the carpets clean. When I booked they never mentioned anything about weather impacting our appointment. I'm not in the industry so I wasn't aware that would be an issue. The manager was very rude and unapologetic to me, acting like I should have known the weather would be a problem. I will never attempt to work with them again.
