Rockies Auto Detailing

This company is not honest up front. I know as well as you know that EVERY car has minute swirls in it, if it hasn't already been ceramic coated. So anyways, i see there add come across Facebook. I decided to reach out to them. I called and set up a time to drop my car off at 8 am today, Saturday. I have a 2022 vw gti show car with 19k miles. Always garaged. Never seen salt. We get there at 745. He shows up after 8 and pulls out his phone with his flashlight and starts looking at my car and proceeds to ask me to pull in the sun. So I did and he looks again and said yea it's gonna be 800 and something. I said wish I would've know this as I only took 800 cash. I'm now 45 mins from home. He asks me if I want him to do 2 test spots on my car. I was like absolutely not. Seriously? He didnt explain anything while we were there except, since there were swirls it would be more. So we got in our vehicle and left. After letting him know I was writing a review when I got home. He text me saying that he's sorry if I thought there was miscommunication, and that I didn't want to pay more for the job, and that I declined 2 test spots (show car or not) who would do that? I would not recommend.
