Top Notch Mobile Detailing

After relentlessly searching for a mobile detailing service for an important event, reading reviews, talking with companies, I decided on Top Notch. I scheduled 3 and half weeks before, a wash (3 hours) outside in the loading docks and EXTERIOR DETAIL (3 hours) to be completed on the Denver Convention Center floor and was quoted a price of $600 for the service. Provided the location and was given a time to start. The detailers were late and lost (my husband had to go find them, ok it was a confusing location). Still we had plenty of time. They washed and dried the bus and added tire dressing in about an hour and a half. Then they left. Where was the detail? I expected wax, buff, etc... you know a detail. There was bird droppings still on it, window streaks, bugs.... to say I was disappointed in the service provided, is an understatement. My husband and I had to finish the job they abandoned, because it was on the floor of the Denver Convention Center. I asked the manager to come look at the work and he said my husband was satisfied with the work. The wash maybe, but the non existent detail, NO. I contracted for a wash and detail he did not honor. If he were in my shoes, would he have been satisfied with the job? I would hope not. He should have come back, looked at the work, and realized there had been no detail and corrected the problem, but did not. He then told me to forget about the invoice, I don't think that's fair, they did wash it. He resends the reminder invoice same price $600 and I asked him to adjust for the wash, which he did and I paid and tipped. I can not recommend a service without customer service.
