Waterworks Car Wash & Detail Center

I've come here for express washes before and they've been fine, pretty much what you'd expect out of a basic wash. Today, I paid $47 for a "deluxe wash" and got my car back in the same condition that I would've expected it to be right out of the $19 tunnel wash, and in almost the same amount of time (under 25 minutes). There are streaks everywhere and dirt near the front passenger side still there. Supposedly protectant was applied on top of all of this? Would not pay $47 for this level of service again.
