We were very disappointed with our first time here at Alpha Auto Detail. We got both interior an exterior and was charged $188 it took them over 5 hrs to finished the our van and I understand that the carpet was hard to get some of the spots off but they didn't even whip down the seats or the Cup holders. They told me about the carpet was hard to get some of the spot clean but nothing about the seats and cup holders. In between the seats was still very dirty I can still see the dirty it is like they wasn't even trying at all. The interior ceiling wasn't even shampoo or whip down either. I called and left a message about it and no it is been 2 days and no one call me back about it. I will never go here again wasted of money for their cleaning $188 for WHAT?
