I dropped my car off to fix the power steering pump, brakes and a loud humming sound that happened when i went above 50 mph. They said they were going to replace the power steering pump, but after a week and a half only the brakes got done. The power steering pump was not done. The loud humming sound is worse now even though we dropped it off to be fixed. I payed almost 700 dollars for this. When I called to ask for updates about my car I was told they'd get back to me only for my calls to never be returned. When i went down to ask how my car was because my calls weren't being returned, they told me they'd would get to it and offered no straight up answers. I am severely displeased with the service i received here and now I need to spend another couple hundred at another mechanic to fix the problems that were supposed to be addressed already.
