Billy is amazing! He works with you as the customer under stress who has to negotiate all the parts for the vehicle that was damaged. It's not his fault when he needs to wait on adjusters, replacement parts direct or not direct from the manufacturer of the vehicle. I love how others place blame on wait time and money. These two items are out of his hands. Do you walk into a doctor and get seen under an hour because if you do then that's the person you know isn't doing you justice. When prices go up it's your insurance company not paying for the quality you wanted. My advice if you want quality and the company to do the right job then this is the company to go to. He has been working on my cars/SUV's since 2008 with not one ounce of regret My Mercedes was hit from the drivers side front to the back by a man while my car was in parked and blue out my windows, Billy repaired it all original and tinted my windows. My first SUV (not pictured in 2008) I was parked and rear ended in which my entire back door and suspension bar was broken. He details all my cars and gets all the scraps, dings and makes it brand new again
