AAK AUTO DETAILING

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I had to because I was so pleased with the service I got from the AAK Auto Detailing in Shelton, CT. My family and I have been bringing our cars here for years. We are always satisfied with the results. This past Friday I took my car to get a super interior clean. I loved how it all came out, but on Saturday I noticed some circle marks in my back seats. So I called and the manager, Osvaldo, had me send him a picture/video of what I was describing. He said to bring it in when I got a chance and they would fix it. I just brought it in yesterday and the worker there, Dennis, already knew of the situation and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. He apologized for not seeing that initially and I said it was alright, I appreciated how quick/helpful he was in resolving the issue. It was just a simple couple marks from an air tool they used, so it came out with ease when I brought it back. Sometimes as a customer you get worried that if you bring an issue to a company they will try to deflect and make excuses, but this was not the case in my situation. They both were so kind and willing to help. Like I said above, I have been coming here for years and this was the first MINOR issue I ever had, and it was resolved incredibly by the staff. So thanks again to Osvaldo & Dennis. I will definitely be back!
