Classic 3D Car Wash & Auto Detail Center

As a long-standing resident of this neighborhood, I have been a previous customer of Classic 3D Car Wash & Auto Detail Center. Given my young children's frequent use of the car for eating and playing, I was grateful for the gift certificate my sister gave me for my birthday. Nevertheless, my children's extracurricular activities have left me with limited time to devote to cleaning my vehicle. The cashier initially estimated a 50-minute wait; however, the actual process took longer due to my car requiring an extensive clean. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that the staff neglected to inform me that certain items needed to be removed to facilitate the cleaning of the third row and trunk. Moreover, the owner's communication was curt, requesting that I relocate my vehicle to accommodate another customer without addressing my concerns. I expressed my disappointment to my sister and was dismayed by the owner's behavior. The high-end extreme package failed to meet my expectations. I have attached photographs, including one of the interior, to support my claims. The owner suggested I return to remove the items; however, my schedule is constrained. I believe the owner owes me an apology, and a complimentary return trip would be appreciated.
