I had a very disappointing experience at this body shop. Initially, the staff was friendly and seemed promising when I first visited. However, after I dropped off my car following an accident, the service took a drastic turn for the worse. I decided to go with a different body shop after a few days because of the poor treatment I received from the manager, Tosan. He was disrespectful and unprofessional, and when I tried to communicate my concerns, he became dismissive. To make matters worse, Tosan tried to blackmail me into paying for parking fees, even though I had previously told him I was unable to afford any additional costs. Despite my situation, he seemed to take advantage of my predicament. The final straw was when I went to pick up my car. The work wasn't finished properly, and when I pointed it out, the manager became aggressive, shouting at me and accusing me of giving them problems. He even threatened to make things difficult for me. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone based on my experience. The lack of respect, unprofessionalism, and poor communication made an already stressful situation even worse.
