DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jay lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Save yourself the stress and money. I hired him to restore chipped, rusting spots on my hood. He worked during extreme heat, left it looking like cheap spray paint had been used, and said he'd return the next week to smooth it out. That next week, he rescheduled me four times, then finally sent someone else who couldn't fix it and tried to reschedule yet again. I was beyond frustrated. Jay admitted in a text that the heat caused the issue and he shouldn't have done the job that day--but he still refused to give me a refund. He offered to fix everything, but I would not let this company near my car again. Three professionals have since looked at my car, and all said it was so badly done, I now need a full hood repaint. Attached are pictures of the chips I had before I hired him and then the way he left my car on that hot day.
