Just left this place with my brand new BMW in literal pieces. The car wash ripped numerous pieces off of my car and damaged my new vehicle. The owner comes out and tells me take it to bmw they'll handle it. So now I have to be beyond inconvenienced and take my new car into the dealership I will also be responsible for any and all bills attached to this. Simply because I trusted these people to clean my car. The owner does not give a crap about his customers or their vehicles. Go anywhere else I will take legal action if needed
