His boat detail started out at $15.00 a foot for my 18 foot boat. I agreed, and I said that's for a full detail inside and out. He said inside and out is now $20.00 a foot. He asked for pictures of my boat just to make sure, and we both agreed. Then I just got a form from his company for a deposit of $216.00 and balance due of $324.00, for a total of $540.00. Which is $30.00 a foot. I called him an he said he can't do it for $20.00 a foot, but he'll do it for $30.00 a foot. Exactly twice as much as it started out to be, quite the switch. No Way!!!
