I contacted them in regards to detailing my suv inside and out including shampooing my carpet. I spoke with the owner he said he was going to get some information for me and call me back. He said he wouldn't be able to get to my car until the following Monday. I said I would take a Monday morning appointment he said ok no problem. So I waited until Monday to get my car cleaned (riding around with sour milk in my seat from a gallon of milk forgotten in 3 rd row which exploded ) so the smell is really bad. I waited the 3 days for him to clean my car. Monday comes around he completely blew off our appointment he never called to cancel or reschedule. so I waited for 3 days for nothing all while driving a car with a terrible smell. I was willing to pay him top dollar, I really needed his help. He did not keep his word honoring the appointment he scheduled with me nor did he call me back. I would strongly recommend not using this guys service he is very unreliable.
