Detailing Tampa Bay

This was originally a 1 star review due to no call no show. After speaking with the manager I agreed to a complimentary cleaning, and to give them the opportunity to review their services again. I am giving this review based on the satisfaction of what my car looked like after the tech spent almost 3 hours working on it. This is. Toyota RAV4. Upon inspection of the car I found a few issues. The overall cleanliness is good however attention to detail is missing. The tech was very pleasant. I did tip him as he worked a lot on the car. I have attached pictures of area that were missed. Some big and some small. In the order with the pictures. The first 2 are of the back of the car. It was mostly clean. You will however easily notice where some corners are not cleaned at all. Visible dirt, hard to miss. The hatchback door was not cleaned. It has a lot of the original dirt still on it. It was not washed or wiped down. The interior of the back window was not cleaned at all. The entirety of the back door was left as it was, including the part of the car where it closes. The front driver seat was attempted to be cleaned but looks exactly like it did before. Now it still has its stains and it's nice and wet. The visors were not wiped and cleaned on both sides and the sunglass holder was not wiped either. I believe it is safe for me to assume that the top front part of the car was missed altogether. The side strips in the middle of the car was not cleaned either as you can tell from the picture. It just needed to be wiped down. The rest of the car looks great! Thank you Detailing Tampa for chance to review your services.
