When I brought my concerns to their attention, the response was less than satisfactory. Instead of offering to rectify the situation or providing a refund, I was met with indifference. Overall, my experience at Beaches Car Wash was frustrating, and I left feeling dissatisfied. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a quality car wash. It's clear that they need to improve their cleaning standards and customer service significantly.
