"Very responsive and easy to communicate with. I had them come out and detail both me and wife's car. He did an amazing job on my wife's car and I'll say it definitely was in a rough condition. However I noticed the next day that it seemed like the whole driver's side of my car hadn't been vacuumed and cleaned as well. Original review: I loved with this company used to be. I went there about a year ago now, and got one of the best detailing experiences of my life with my vehicle at the time. Today I went in because I had the expectation of quality of service that was set a year ago. Needless to say, my expectations were not met. There were countless spots where I had to point out to the younger gentleman that were working there that had not been cleared of wax, they were common areas inside of the vehicle that were not cleared out of dust and more. Notably, the roof on the inside of the vehicle has clear signs of dirt that should have been removed that we're not even touched. I have been in contact with the owner and he assured me that the issue will get resolved so I'll provide an update after a follow up visit on the quality of work. For references, the white smudges you see in the pictures are spots where wax was left on the vehicle. And the pictures of the interior shows the worst parts of the roof that weren't even addressed. ****What I might recommend to the company is implementing some sort of quality control person to check over each vehicle that's finished to ensure the price charge accurately reflects the quality expected on the vehicles. Customers shouldn't have to worry about double checking or having to address quality of work when they're spending hundreds of dollars on a single car wash."

"This has got to be one of the best and most professional establishments I have ever dealt with. I initially search the internet for ceramic coating services in my area and decided on a few that I wanted to consider. Firehouse Auto Spa was the first so I gave them a call and spoke with Ms. Beth. Not only was she very knowledgeable of the services they provided, but explained the entire process step by step. I'm very picky and paranoid about who and where I leave my vehicle so I wanted to get an up close look at the facility and I was not disappointed. The facility was very clean, well maintained and professional looking. Ms. Tammy, another staff member, was also very knowledgeable and made sure everything went according to plan. As far as the ceramic coating package that was applied to may vehicle, it was spectacular. I was so impressed with the deep glossy shine and overall appearance, I went back a few days later to have my windshield tinted. It was just as amazing and so was the technician, who installed it. It looked as though it was installed by the factory. I highly recommend this business for all your car care needs. Great, accommodating and friendly staff."

"I did weeks of research before deciding on going with Ceramic Armory and I am 100% happy with their work. My truck looks amazing and looks brand new. It's a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. I picked it up yesterday and today it stormed all day. I took a towel to get lightly dried it and it looks brand new again. It was so easy just a wipe of a tow. I am more than grateful to them and feel that they do the best work in town. You will be very happy if you go to them. Also the warranty on an amazing. You go back every 6 months and they touch up again. I have a 9 year warranty. They also detailed the truck and shampooed the inside and looks new. Best decision I have made.
