AJ Window Tint & Detailing LLC

Last year I purchased a new 2023 Honda Civic. It only had 3 miles on the odometer and the paint was in perfect condition and a brilliant, bright red. I planned on keeping this car for a long time so I decided to make a significant (to me) investment in it to protect it long term and brought it to AJ's for ceramic coating, PPF and window film on the front window. Shortly after getting the car back, I began to notice numerous imperfections in the film. The two main front end pieces had big folds that were clearly visible where the film was not laid down properly, lots of dust bubbles and other defects. I brought it back to them (at extra personal time and financial expense to myself) and they replaced the two main pieces and repaired a few other mistakes. (They forgot to reapply the ceramic to those pieces, so I had to bring it back to them AGAIN to have that redone.) There were still lots of bubbles all over, but it is what it is so I moved on. Now a year later, I am washing my car in the bright sun and can really see more imperfections. All over there are edges that were not laid down properly that have now collected dust and dirt under them and it looks terrible. These are all over. Literally every piece of PPF has several imperfections. (The window film also has several imperfections.) The bottom line is I feel that the PPF installation was very poorly done and I DO NOT recommend them for film installation. Very disappointing.
