Magic Hands Car Wash & Detailer

I've been coming here 15 years with multiple cars; always had great experience EXCEPT this most recent time. They didn't clean car thoroughly then when I brought it up they initially lied and tried to shift blame telling me there wasn't dirt only "water stains". When I showed them the dirt, they gas lighted me again, and then tried to upsell me on 150$ ceramic coat job. I didn't ask for money back or anything but would have accepted it (still would). Or they offered me a discount on a ceramic. But why would I trust them to do better ?? Will never come back and will be telling all my friends never to come here either
