North Miami Car Wash Customer Review
I have always used this car wash and was very satisfied with the quality. However, my last experience was very unpleasant. The staff member who was managing the queue was extremely rude and impolite. When I asked him about the reason for the price increase from $35 to $50, he ignored me and then responded in a very harsh manner. The price increase is not a problem for me; I would have paid even a higher price because I like the service. However, the way he treated me was completely unacceptable. It's unfortunate that I won't be a customer anymore because of one discourteous staff member.
